John Kelly

John Kelly is member of the Arizona State Bar and licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.  Mr. Kelly has worked in criminal law for several years starting at the Nebraska Attorney General's Office in 2004 where he worked closely with the Attorney General.  During law school he clerked at the Douglas County Attorney's Office in Omaha, Nebraska.    Upon graduating from Creighton University College of Law in 2006, Mr. Kelly moved to Arizona and accepted an appointment as a Deputy County Attorney at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.  During his four and half years at the County Attorney's Office, Mr. Kelly litigated a high case load of serious felony and misdemeanor offenses including several felony jury trials.  The majority of his time was spent in the major crimes Repeat Offender Program Bureau where he litigated complex cases involving serious felony offenders charged multiple offenses.  During this time Mr. Kelly gained valuable trial experience and was able to take a large variety of cases to trial.  Mr. Kelly's primary focus is criminal defense in City, State and Federal Courts.
